**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You have a professional certification in Kanban, Scrum or another recognised Agile approach e.g. Scrum Master certified (CSM, PSM I) and a minimum of two years of experience of working in Agile teams
- You have practical experience of the Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps delivery, including source control management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery/Deployment and automated testing
- You have strong experience in collating data to support debates and influence stakeholders and senior management
- You must be a team-player with the ability to work within collaborative environments to organise and facilitate typical Agile ceremonies
- You are well organised and follow logical and methodical approaches to planning
- You have strong decision making and problem-solving skills through collaboration and strong analytical ability to put the needs of customers first
- You communicate effectively in English, and have the ability and eagerness to understand the business context where the team operates and the customer problems being solved

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You have experience with Jira or another Agile Requirements Management tool
- You have a strong willingness to learn with a positive attitude and determination to improve themselves and those around them
- You are a natural leader with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- You have experience of working effectively with multi-national geographically distributed teams including remote workers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will ensure teams live Agile values and principles and follow agreed the processes and practices by building good relationships between Product Owners and teams and resolving conflicts and addressing team dynamics
- You will be a servant-leader for teams, take ownership of all aspects of the working environment so teams can be effective, proactively identify impediments that impact value delivery and take the initiative to resolve them
- You will drive teams' approach to continuous improvement in ways of working that enhance efficiency, output, quality and other areas of performance
- You will lead the process of teams making their journey to Agile maturity including measuring and reporting tangible progress
- You will lead on specific areas of the establishment and promotion of the organization-wide Agile framework of best practices and ensure their successful roll-out across teams
- You will mentor, coach and train members of teams, their immediate stakeholders (e.g. Product Owners, project managers and support) and colleagues in other (non-technical) areas of the organization in Agile values, principles, practices and processes to ensure their understanding, buy-in and support for the drive to Agile maturity.
