**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Working Student in our Supply Chain Department, you will work closely with our Expansion, City Management & Central Operations teams to support our daily operations and help us to expand. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced start-up where you’ll have ownership and impact from day one

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in procurement for **active** gyms, including sourcing and purchasing of supplies and equipment, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards
- Process orders for **new** gyms, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Set up an inventory management system and manage inventory levels, ensuring constant availability of equipment, hardware and tech
- Oversee warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes Support equipment financing initiatives to optimize cash flow and operational efficiency

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (preferably, business related field)
- You have a process-oriented mindset
- You are structured, attentive to details and organized
- You don’t shy away from hands on tasks
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- You feel comfortable in the fast-paced start-up culture. Previous experience in an offline operations startup is a plus Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
