**Your mission**:

- You are responsible for the acceptance, coordination and processing customer inquiries about our software products, as part of our 2nd level support
- You analyze complex, technical situations and, if necessary, recreate them in order to find good solutions to the satisfaction of our customers
- In close cooperation with our development team and quality assurance, you will provide professional service (via remote sessions) for our business customers (incl. bug reporting)
- In addition, you will be involved in the expansion and improvement of our knowledge databases and regularly participate in regularly participate in feedback rounds on upcoming releases

**Your profile**:

- Analytical thinking skills, enjoy solving complex challenges
- Ideally experience in 2nd level support, consulting is an advantage
- Friendly, customer-oriented communication (German and English)
- An independent, efficient way of working, coupled with a high level of quality awareness
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, identity and access management and IT security is an advantage
