**Business Controller Europe (M/F/d)**

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Steer and monitor the European B2B channel business by delivering excellent financial analysis and business partnering
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Accounting, and European & Global functions (e.g. Global Headquarter Finance)
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and tools (e.g. BI solutions) to optimize financial reporting and analysis
- Responsibilities in forecasting and budgeting processes, including analyzing deviations between forecasts and actual performance
- Execute and support month-end closing activities and daily financial tasks
- Assist during internal and external audits for European entities
- Develop business cases, perform ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally with the European DtC Finance team
- Enhance visibility through insightful reporting, KPI tracking, and actionable recommendations
- Conduct financial reviews and analyses on sales performance, gross margin, OPEX, and CAPEX (P&L management)
- Assess risks and opportunities to ensure achievement of P&L targets
- Create innovative financial solutions that add value and simplify existing processes

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in Finance or Controlling
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong affinity for working with numbers and translating data into actionable insights
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with SAP; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to think cross-functionally and see the bigger picture
- A proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in a multicultural European setting and is ready to challenge the status quo
