**What is my role?**

As a **_Transition to Cloud Expert Germany_**, you will provide technical sales expertise on our Cloud Communications portfolio to customers and partners of ALE.

Reporting to the **Director**_Transition to Cloud Experts Germany_**, you will collaborate closely with Sales account directors, channels managers, product managers, service business developers and other members of the wider ALE global organization.

Your mission is to support customers, business partners and colleagues in elevating and enhancing their understanding of the ALE Cloud Communications solution portfolio.

Your goal is to make every engagement a value added experience and ensure a successful sale.

**What am I responsible for?**
- Assist sales representatives with technical sales activities through sales presentations, product demonstrations, presenting/training at seminars and providing in-depth technical information about the company's products and services.
- Support and develop our existing partners from technical point of view (presenting, training, providing technical information, run POC) to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue targets.
- Educate and develop new partners.
- Support product/solution go-to-market strategies (Rainbow Hybrid, Rainbow Hub) to the market and support marketing activities (campaigns, promos, products launch, etc)

Works closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure the product is well positioned in the marketplace and to understand competitive landscape and potential new markets.

You define yourself as someone who is confident in your understanding of technical solutions, someone who is continuously learning and excels in passing on that knowledge with enthusiasm and in innovative ways. You are comfortable talking to people at all levels of an organisation and can tailor your conversation to suit.

You have completed a technical study or can present a proven track record of driving Comms/Cloud solutions from a techncial point-of-view in an indirect sales model.

On top of that you bring excellent teamwork skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge in a dynamic international team.

You have good English & German spoken and written skills. Ultimately, you enjoy a challenge to push new solutions and keep striving with an evangelist attitude to reach your goal.
