**What success looks like in this role**:
We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer who is detail oriented, comfortable with technologies and hardware, and thrives in high pressure environments.

Junior Project Engineer typically work with customers and other technical staff and are often required to perform on-site analysis and maintenance.

Their duties sometimes include updating and improving operating environments and providing technical support when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-scope technology projects including physical infrastructure installation, setup and configuration
- Assist in the planning of Projects with the business unit
- Monitor deliverables such as Data Cabling, Cable Room Readiness, rack, and stack network equipment, Audio Visual, IOT, Printers, etc.
- Execute activities related to New site/project readiness to ensure users to have ability to use new devices or services.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**Key professional skillset**:

- Good verbal and written communication and collaboration skills (German/English)
- Good analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Windows/Office
- Quick at learning new technologies
- Ability to set priorities and multitask
- Ability to produce and communicate timely reports and analysis
- A plus would be if you are familiar with terms such as waterfall or agile methodologies (SCRUM).

**Education and Experience**:

- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure support.
- Must have valid driver’s license
- ITIL Foundation certification required, PMP, SCRUM certification desired
