What your day-to-day looks like:
As a **Sales and Customer Support Specialist**, you will:

- Provide outstanding support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service, identifying opportunities to upsell and promote company products.
- Maintain customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

- **Fluent in German and English**: Strong communication skills in both languages.
- **Customer service experience**: 1 year in a similar role will be a plus.
