The EMEA Coverage Group Officer plays a fundamental role within the Corporate Coverage business model by assuming a key role on 3 dimensions: a strong commercial focus, credit expertise and KYC. On commercial side, the EMEA Coverage Group Officer supports the Bankers in the preparation and follow up of the Strategic Business Review, and contributes to the development of the client relationship and profitability. He/she is also in charge of the Multinational Corporations (MNCs) coordination. By covering a large range of topics, the EMEA Coverage Group Officer will develop high valued skills on these three dimensions. The ECG Officer (M/F/d) will assume the following duties:

- Support the Bankers in the preparation and follow up of the commercial strategy, and contributes to the development of the client relationship and profitability,
- Ensure the active monitoring and reporting of corporate risks on his/her portfolio with the Senior Credit Advisor support,
- Prepare Credit Proposal and, when applicable, sanity check of Credit Proposal and monitoring of Credit Committees and Annual Reviews,
- Structure plain vanilla products, responsible for deal implementation & follow up of its life cycle and covenants in coordination with relevant stakeholders,
- Ensure the updating and accuracy of the CRM tool,
- Responsible for the KYC On-boarding or Recertification, and for ensuring adequate client due diligence and exercising constant vigilance over the business relationship of his/her clients,
- Ensure consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas Compliance rules.

**Skills that convince**:

- Studies of economics or comparable academic education, alternatively an apprenticeship plus further educational background in banking
- Senior expertise in credit analyze
- Good knowledge of the large and midcap Corporates universe in Germany
- Basic knowledge in Investment & Wholesale Banking
- Professional experience in an international set-up
- Ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team
- Results driven & Client focused
- Very good oral & written communication skills in German & English
