Ict Support Technician

**About this opportunity**
Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is providing a complete range of high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices and is an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems.
We are now looking for a committed and motivated ICT Support Technician located in Rosenheim, Germany. You will be part of small team and provide strong 1st-Level and End-User-Support to our employees. Working in an international environment you are building the bridge to our 2nd-Level-Support and assist on our IT infrastructure projects at EAS.
This is a temporary / fixed-term employment with the potential opportunity to become a permanent role.

**What you will do**
- Capturing, classification and documentation of user problems within the ticket system
- Proactive solving of IT-problems within 1st-Level-Support
- User-Support (Windows, MS-Office and further special systems)
- Interface to the 2nd-Level-Support
- Support of all IT infrastructure projects at EAS

**You will bring**
- Completed vocational training as IT specialist (system integration / system electronics) or another qualification in combination with relevant professional experience
- First demonstrated experience within IT-Support, ideally with direct customer contact
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
- High self-motivation and hands-on approach
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Good German language skills
