**People Recruiting Team Lead** **(M/F/d) - 100% Remote**

**Your daily tasks**:

- **International Recruitment Strategy and Execution**
- Lead and execute recruitment efforts on a global scale, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional hiring needs.
- Utilize data and insights to continually refine and improve the recruitment process, providing an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.
- **LinkedIn and Professional Network Recruiting**
- Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to proactively source and engage top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and tools on LinkedIn, optimizing for outreach and engagement.
- **Team Leadership and Management**
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and supporting their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for development and implementing strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
- **Project Collaboration and CRM Management**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all communications, ensuring a positive impression of the organization.

**What we are looking for**:

- A degree in Human Resource Management
- Should have basic German Language knowledge
- Proven experience in international recruitment with exposure to diverse, cross-regional hiring requirements.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Familiarity with CRM and project collaboration tools to support recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly in English.
