The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by Agraya GmbH (formerly FoodPLUS GmbH); a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. Agraya GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations - from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. Agraya GmbH also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for a **Team Lead Social Media (M/F/d)** in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.

What you will do:

- Lead the Social Media team to foster collaboration, creativity, transparency and professional growth within the team
- Support and implement a unified social media strategy that aligns with the marketing strategy, corporate goals, and effectively engages key audiences
- Plan and execute campaigns that support broader corporate initiatives, drive reach, and enhance stakeholder perception
- Keep the company’s social and communication strategy future-ready by staying ahead of platform trends and audience expectations
- Drive clear, consistent, and engaging digital communication with key stakeholders through owned online channels

What we are looking for:

- Degree in the field of marketing, communications; or equivalent
- Min. 4 years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing or related; first experience in leading employees is beneficial
- Experience with content planning and performance analytics tools
- General understanding of Social Media Marketing and Community Management
- Proficient in English (C1 Level); any other European language is beneficial
