**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Du übernimmst die führende Rolle beim Ausbau der Abteilung für Business Design, Customer Experience und Digitales Marketing.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Projektteams und berätst namhafte Kunden zu Fragen rund um die Themen Business Design, CRM, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing und Data Performance.
- Du verwaltest unsere Projektpipeline und stimmst die Kapazitäts
- und Ressourcenplanung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern ab.
- Du bist Herzblut-Leader, entwickelst mit Freude deine Teams weiter und definierst die fachlichen Fähigkeiten, die erforderlich sind, um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erzielen.
- Du akquirierst Neukunden, erstellst individuelle Angebotspakete und führst Verhandlungsgespräche.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit einem Fokus im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Innovation
- +10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- +3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Erfahrung und Begeisterung für mehrere der folgenden Themen: Digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Change-Management, Transformationsmanagement, (agile) Organisationsentwicklung, Coaching, Multi-Channel, Customer Experience, CRM, Online Marketing, M-/ E-Commerce
- Business Development-Mindset und Freude an Daten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, starkes Kundenmanagement und sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
