- Support the coordination of the creative production process of all ad formats across paid advertising channels (Google, Youtube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc)
- Work closely with all relevant marketing stakeholders (Design, Brand, International, Growth, external partners) to prioritize the production of top performing concepts meeting campaigns KPIs
- Support the definition of the creative testing roadmap of our paid campaigns with the goal to continuously maximize performance
- Support the scaling of new creative productions through tools (e.g. Storyteq, AI, etc)
- Track, report and analyze creatives performance holistically across channels to identify actionable winning communication strategies
- Staying up to date with advertising trends, techniques and best practices
- Support with the continuous analysis of direct and indirect competitor ads to identify opportunities for our campaigns

**Qualifications**
- You are interested or bring first experiences in performance marketing and creative production
- You are interested in working closely with design teams and externals partnerships to develop creative and engaging content
- You are creative by nature and have a high interest in storytelling, visual and motion design
- You are confident in coming up and discussing new ideas on a regular basis and the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts through written, verbal and visual communication
- You have an independent working style and the ability to manage your workflow effectively
- You are KPI-driven and bring excellent analytical skills
- You are proficient in English and German to articulate design decisions and communicate with the team and stakeholders, additional languages are considered a plus (f.e. Italian)
- Knowledge of Figma and Adobe will be considered a plus
- Interest and previous experience in the financial sector will be considered a strong plus
