urpose & Objectives:
The Business AI Product and Partner Management team is actively engaged in several strategic initiatives with external and internal AI partners. To support this growth and ensure delivery excellence, we are looking for a strong PMO resource who can bring structure, coordination, and project governance across a portfolio of AI partnership projects. With the increasing pace of AI development and adoption, this role will be instrumental in helping the Business AI Product and Partner Management team scale operations, manage complexity, and deliver value through partnerships. The right PMO support will enable the team to stay focused on strategic priorities while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: P
- rogram & Project Management Support: Help drive the execution of multiple AI-related projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and metC
- ross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., AI Product Engineering, AI Product Management, Compliance & Megal, Marketing & Communication) and external partnersG
- overnance & Reporting: Establish and maintain project documentation, cadence (e.g., weekly status meetings, steering committee reviews), and consolidated progress reportsP
- artnership Management: Support the Business AI Product & Partner Management team in managing relationships with AI partners, coordinating onboarding, compliance, and operational readinessB
- est Practice Implementation: Support the implementation of PMO best practices, templates, and scalable processes across AI initiatives

**What you bring**

G
- raduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied scienceP
- roven experience in PMO or Project Management roles (3-5+ years), ideally in technology, or AI-related projectsS
- trong familiarity with enterprise project governance, stakeholder management, and reporting standardsC
- omfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving tech environmentsE
- xperience supporting external partnerships or vendor management is a strong plusE
- xcellent communication (German and English), coordination, and documentation skills
