Unsere Kunden sind Bibliotheken und Informationseinrichtungen von Universitäten, Forschungseinrichtungen, Krankenhäuser und Unternehmen weltweit. Wir sind ein familiengeführtes, international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen und sind seit über 75 Jahren auf dem Markt.
Aufgaben
- Du betreust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm vorwiegend von Universitäts
- und Forschungsbibliotheken wie auch Verlagen
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für die Kundenanfragen
- Eine lösungsorientierte Beratung bei Fragen zu Bestellungen, Produkten und Services inkl. Abwicklung von Reklamationen im firmeneigenem System
- Auf Anfrage wirst du gezielte Angebote erstellen
- Außerdem bist du das Bindeglied deiner Kunden u.A. zum Finance Team oder anderen Unternehmensteams

Qualifikation
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Du besitzt eine abgeschl. kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Ev. hast du Erfahrungen mit Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Sektor oder konntest in Bibliotheken, im Buchhandel oder Verlagswesen tätig sein
- Dein Organisationstalent, eine Priorisierung von Aufgaben und die Motivation sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten zeichnen dich aus
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind für uns ideal
