Lala Berlin stands for innovative garments, detailed precision, progressive cuts and high-quality materials. The label has evolved from its original core area of high-end knitwear towards innovative material mixes and offers the full range of ready-to-wear as well as made-to-measure and accessories.

To reinforce our sales team, we are looking for a motivated individual to be an ambassador of Lala Berlin in the Berlin market.

**Sales Associate (M/F/i) Berlin (32-40 hrs)**

**Your area of responsibility**:

- Be an ambassador of the Lala Berlin brand and its image through positive promotion of product and the company at all times
- Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Meet and greet all customers, helping them to understand the brand values and excellent products
- Develop and maintain your own product knowledge of all products
- Engage with clients to develop long term relationships leveraging in-store clienteling tools
- A leader in new client acquisition.
- Maintain the shop floor high standards of visual merchandising

**Your profile**:

- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in high-end fashion retailing
- Customer centric in approach, strong relationship building skills and personable
- Pleasure in first-class customer service
- High affinity for luxury products and a very good sense for fashion
- Stylish and confident appearance
- High degree of responsibility, flexibility and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Must be a team player
- Very good knowledge of English and fluent in German
- Computer skills are a plus
