Wir von Luxe Talent, einer internationalen Personal
- und Ausbildungsberatung, die sich auf Mode, Luxus, Einzelhandel und FMCG spezialisiert hat, suchen für eine Beauty Luxury Marke einen Client Advisor (m/w/d) in München, Neueröffnung.

In unserer Personal
- und Ausbildungsberatung arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Firmen im Luxus-, Premium
- und High-Premium-Bereich in ganz Europa zusammen und haben Büros in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Mailand und München.

**Aufgaben als Client Advisor**:

- Kundenansprache und Produktvorstellung
- Gezielte Interaktion mit Kunden für einzigartiges Produkterlebnis
- Entwicklung des Kundenportfolios (CRM) und der Servicequalität
- Beitrag zur Entwicklung des Markenbewusstseins und des lokalen Netzwerks zur Anwerbung neuer Kunden
- Sicherstellung des Merchandisings im Shop gemäß den Richtlinien

**Anforderungen als Client Advisor**:

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einem entsprechenden Umfeld
- Effektive Verkaufsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, kommerzielle Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Erfolgreiche Beteiligung und Mitwirkung in einem Team
- Nachgewiesene Kompetenz, zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen einfühlsam zu gestalten und zu einer positiven und integrativen Erfahrung für alle beizutragen
- Offene Einstellung und große Bereitschaft, andere zu verstehen, zuzuhören, ohne zu urteilen, und auf unterschiedliche Sichtweisen einzugehen
- Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Problemlösung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Hautpflege und Hautpflegeindustrie (von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse der Kategorien Haarpflege, Körperpflege, Duft und Home (von Vorteil)
