**Your Role** - meaningful & rewarding**:
- You will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making and optimizing cost efficiency in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment
- Leading regular performance dialogues with responsible line managers to ensure financial targets are met
- Driving the planning and forecasting process, including target setting and quarterly risk reporting
- Providing commercial support for project and service managers, enabling them to focus on delivering their portfolios
- Evaluating and developing reporting requirements, ensuring data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting tools
- Managing and ensuring data quality, reconciling financial and consumption records
**Your Profile** - authentic & open-minded**:
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for different stakeholders
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to drive change and challenge the status quo
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with attention to detail to generate valuable management insights
- A degree in economics, business, or a related field, with relevant work experience in controlling
- Experience in IT controlling and familiarity with modern reporting tools (e.g., MS Power BI)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP/BI and Apptio/SAC (a plus)
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
