We are looking for a creative and passionate Motion Designer (M/F/d) with a good sense for dramaturgy, movement and storytelling. You can easily translate innovative strategies and concepts into storyboards and animations. Composition and rendering are routine for you and you are up to the technical challenges of the various platforms in the field of social media & digital marketing. With your stylistic diversity and sense of aesthetics, you implement your ideas quickly and confidently.
- Development as well as elaboration and implementation of storyboards with strong moving image ideas in collaboration with the strategy and design team
- Contribution of your own ideas and also into an existing concept
- Film editing
- Sensible use of visual effects, creation of graphic templates and their animation
- Independent time management and estimation of required resources
- Implementation of smaller film projects in cooperation with our internal production team
- Conception, design and implementation of 2D/3D animations

**What you bring**:
You bring a great cinematic and visual understanding as well as very good skills in film editing and animation. Your solutions are original, aesthetic, meaningful and according to the specifications.
- 2+ years of professional experience in film editing, animation or similar.
- Proficient with channel specific software and technology (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, audio editing software, 3D software such as CINEMA 4D, etc. is a plus).
- Organizational talent: control of different production processes and service providers
- Style awareness for typography, graphics and images
- Proactive approach to idea generation to exploit customer potential
- Solution-oriented and interdisciplinary way of thinking when developing content
- Self-training and acquisition of animation-specific knowledge, techniques and programs.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
