To support this growth, we are seeking an **IT Sales Specialist** to assist in business development efforts, including pipeline building, customer outreach, and attending industry events. **Position Overview**

We offer flexible working arrangements, including the option for **home office**. However, during the first few months of onboarding and team collaboration, you are required to work from our office in **Friedrichshafen** at least **two days per week**

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Support**:

- Assist in building and managing sales pipelines by identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Conduct research to gather insights into prospective clients and market trends.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries when needed, ensuring timely and professional communication.

**Event Participation**:

- Help plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and connect with prospective clients.
- Gather leads, network with attendees, and support senior staff in event-related initiatives.
- Prepare event materials and reports on outcomes.

**Administrative and Coordination Tasks**:

- Maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and delivery of client requirements.
- Assist in drafting sales and progress reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years in a sales or business development support role, preferably in IT, software, SaaS, or outsourcing.
- Experience attending and coordinating trade shows or industry events is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and German.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo) and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members.
- Ability to work well on your own initiative.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
- **Languages**:

- Fluency in German and English is required.
- **Location**:

- Must be willing to commute to the office in Friedrichshafen at least two days per week.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: 65,000€ - 80,000€ per year (depending on experience) - Bonus on top as you acquire clients.
