Our vision is to save critical resources and create a better planet for future generations through a sustainable circular economy. **Job Summary** **Financial Controller - 2 year Maternity Cover** Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Works closely with Divisional HR Director, Business Unit Local team (HR/Finance) to coordinate and consolidate hiring plan, forecast and budget for HCs/FTEs and employment cost - Coordinate with Divisional/Group HR the monthly HC / FTE reporting, including variance analysis and provide insights - Supports BU Finance and Comply Controlling in preparing the end to end Divisional FTE/HC/employment cost forecast - Supports Divisional Resource Committee with data organization and coordination - Maintains and optimizes the central FTE/HCs/Avg.
