**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team.
- You will be **responsible for all payroll and payroll related processes, procedures, compliance and administration tasks** for **Germany**. Depending on your progression, the scope of responsibility will be extended to other countries (Belgium, Netherlands...).
- In this position, you'll be in contact with various internal stakeholders, from local HR Managers and Management team to global Compensation & Benefits colleagues; you will also be the main spokesperson for external providers such as Insurance and Benefits professionals, Payroll Companies and other national Governmental officials.
- This position requires your full-time **on-site presence** in one our offices in Germany**:Aachen** or **Euskirchen** (Belgium might be an option).

**Key responsibilities on top of the above**:

- Streamlining procedures within the department to facilitate efficient processing of payroll data: continuous development of the payroll processes regarding digitalization.
- Maintaining and updating payroll and reviewing time management systems with employee data.
- Preparing and managing all types of payroll audits, updating government statistics as required.
- Supporting HR administration and processes from entry to exit including documentations, reference letters, warning letters, terminations, promotions, etc.
- Participating to the review and update of our time & attendance system.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree with relevant working experience in an HR environment with focus on payroll in Germany and/or Belgium
- Experience with HRIS/payroll/time and attendance systems
- Strong analytical mind with strong attention and appetite for details
- Trustworthy individual with outstanding integrity and ethical attitude
- Fluent in English and German. Any other language is an asset
