**Deine neuen Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Key Account Managers im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Direkte Kundenbetreuung und -kommunikation
- Zusammenarbeit mit CANCOM Abteilungen wie Solution Sales und Professional Service Organisation
- Agieren im IT-Channel Modell (Hersteller und Distributoren)
- Selbstständige Annahme, Erfassung und Abwicklung inhaltlich vielseitiger Anfragen in hoher Frequenz
- Verarbeitung der Kundenvorgänge im ERP und CRM
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kosten
- und Preiskalkulationen
- Zu
- und Mitarbeit bei der Projektumsetzung

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Technischer oder kaufmännischer Abschluss mit Affinität zum Vertrieb und / oder zur IT
- Du überzeugst durch planvolle, gewissenhafte, konzentrierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Aufgaben, deren Inhalte gegebenenfalls noch neu für dich sind
- Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder im Kundenservice sind von Vorteil
- Prozessverständnis für den Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (ERP, CRM)
- Verständnis von Handelsgeschäften und grundlegender betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungs
- und Lösungsgedanke, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität runden dein Profil ab
