**The role**:
In this role, you will be in charge of office organisation and taking care of general office work and regulates correspondence with internal and external partners such as patent attorney offices and financial institutions providing assistance in Intellectual Property work.

**This is a permanent, part-time position (20 hours/week) in Darmstadt.**

**What you will do**:

- Full Office organisation. Handling of all incoming post and notifying the attorneys/team members.
- Budget and invoice administration.
- Correspondence with internal and external partners internationally, scheduling meetings and other bigger organisations

**What you need**:

- High school with qualifications in office organisation and management (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
- 2 -3 years experience in comparable function.
- Experience in Patent Attorney office would be beneficial.
- Experience in working with numbers in the area of finance.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge in MS Office Tools, preferably experience with SAP.
