**WHO WE ARE**:
**Plug and Play** is one of the most active early-stage investors in the world (Paypal, Dropbox, N26, Rappi, Honey, Lending Club, etc.) and collaborates with 540+ industry leaders globally for corporate innovation.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As we live the startup spirit ourselves, no one in the team is exclusively limited to their main tasks. Rather, we are a dynamic team of all-rounders who work closely together in all projects. However, your main role will be in supporting our team with the following tasks:
- Innovation Management_
- Innovation strategy: support in the design of frameworks, workshops and MS PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for the development of new strategies for our Partners
- Innovation execution: support in document preparation (MS Power Point, MS Excel) for the execution of the strategy defined
- Event Planning and Marketing_
- Produce, organize, and maintain internal and external sales and marketing materials like presentation decks, case studies, competitive intelligence, and contact lists
- Prepare documents for major events such as: Deep dives, EXPO, flyers for meetups, and so forth (documents must be approved by Marketing before submitting)
- Schedule monthly team meetups
- Confirm attending startups for the EXPO event; gather all information for the EXPO brochure regarding startups from your vertical; record attendees; prepare corporate name tags and essentials
- Administrative_
- Order necessary materials and equipment from vendor and prepare purchase orders for accounting

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor ’s degree required (Anything more than that is a plus)
- Project management and startup experience is a plus
- Exceptionally strong communication and writing skills and an innate curiosity
- Ability to work with all levels of management is crucial
- Fluent in English; Proficiency in German or other European language is a plus
- Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days at home
