**YOUR TASKS**:

- Create designs from concepts to execution, independently or with help of an Art Director
- Bring the quality of a project to the next level with creativity and solid design background
- Ensure all visual design adheres to our brand guidelines
- Advise other departments in all questions on the visual brand, while not losing sight of the project goal
- Work hand in hand with the Creative Director, to create intuitive wayfinding systems throughout our hotels
- Collaborate with the digital team to conceptualize and supply them with engaging visuals that extend our brand's narrative across online platforms
- Contribute and participate to the creative process in meetings with internal teams
- Follow the latest digital trends and actively share your ideas and knowledge

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic / Web Design or related discipline preferred
- First work experience as Graphic or Web Designer preferred
- Experienced and versatile in executing ideas and ready-to-go designs using Adobe Creative Suite software (such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Interested in motion graphics or first working experience is a plus
- Passion for and a genuine understanding of digital media
- Thorough understanding of both print and digital production, have no difficulty creating mock-ups.
- Good understanding for brand design and first experience working with brand guidelines
- Strong understanding of spatial design principles, first working experience with architects or interior designers is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidence to communicate ideas and sell them to peers
- Work well as part of a team, but also comfortable working independently
- Business proficiency in English
