- Collaborate with architects and development teams to create a technical roadmap aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- Foster innovation and facilitate the selection of future products and technologies in collaboration with architects and development teams.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding the team of architects towards a coherent and unified software landscape.
- Establish a visionary outlook for the organization's future, aligning it with the architectural direction.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of Domain Driven Design, XP software practices, and architectural methodologies.

**Relationships & qualifications**:

- As an Enterprise Architect, you will maintain frequent communication with architects from various locations. This will involve gathering information, providing alignment, and offering support. You will also collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and product owners to ensure the ongoing viability of our products.

**Your qualifications**:

- You bring your knowledge from an IT-oriented course of study (e.g., computer science or business informatics).
- You have already gained several years of experience in software development/ architecture and have an eye for the big picture.
- You are a dynamic individual with a passion for architecture.
- You possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- You are driven to shape a unified and innovative software landscape.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English and German.
