**Job Summary**

Reporting into the Director of Finance, Planning and Operations, the **Accountant** will ensure invoices are processed and booked correctly while closely collaborating with the global FPA functions. Furthermore, the **Accountant** will be responsible for compiling and providing VAT information and Intrastat reporting for filings.

**What you'll do**
- Accounts Payable posting & coding;
- Support AR activities during peak season;
- Maintain and balance prepaid and fixed assets reconciliation and postings;
- Balance intercompany postings;
- Bank reconciliations and transfers;
- Prepare payroll bank payments;
- Prepare cashflow forecast for head office purposes;
- Create new vendors for bank and AP purposes;
- Data entry in General journal;
- Maintain worksheets to support ledgers - monthly basis;
- Compile VAT information for filings - monthly basis;
- Compile Intrastat information for filings - monthly basis;
- Work closely with external accounting/tax consultants for all UK, France, Germany reporting needs;
- Month end reporting.

**What you'll need to bring**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or finance.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role;
- Good understanding of European VAT regulations;
- Experience in operational transfer pricing will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in Principal/Limited Risk Distributor (LRD)Structure or Supply chain accounting (inter alia VAT) is a plus.

**Skills and competencies**:

- Ability to manage priorities and handle workload;
- Focused individual, with excellent attention to detail;
- Fluent in English and preferably in German and French as well;
- Self-motivated.

**Sommaire du poste**

Relevant du directeur des finances, de la planification et des opérations, le **comptable** s'assurera que les factures sont traitées et comptabilisées correctement tout en collaborant étroitement avec les fonctions FPA mondiales. De plu
