- We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to become part of the Adobe Central Europe organization. This exciting role requires great organization and prioritization skills, pro-active thinking, creativity, superior attention to detail, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.- What you’ll do: #madebycentral
- Provide executive administrative support to the CTO and the Director Digital Media Sales as well as Office Manager of the Munich Office & Central Europe projects & events.-
Manage travel bookings & travel expenses for both directors to help drive maximum effectiveness
-Organizing and maintaining directors’ calendars and coordinating appointments - day to day business
-Organizing and attending meetings and proactively ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings as well as protocol
Carrying out background research and presenting findings around customers, partners and sales negotiations
-Preparing and completing presentations as well as managing finances i.e. purchase orders, invoices, vendor set up #wearecreative
-Overall office admin support within the munich support team and ongoing events (both local and regional as needed)
-New Hire Ambassador
-Office Manager in-house support and coordination of Munich Office

-Team player working closely with Munich Support Team and other regional offices
-Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage uncertainty
Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under critical deadlines and manage workload with little direction
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow-through
-Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in German and English are a must-have
-Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism
-Strong interpersonal skills: exercise discretion and have an ability to handle confidential information with integrity
-Mastery of Salesforce and Power BI are a plus
-Provide event support for local and regional events (e.g. yearly #madebycentral day, xmas party) #wearetransformative
-Office Manager experience
