**Tasks **As Product Owner for one of our webshops, you will take responsibility for the further development of our webshop. You collect the requirements from our internal stakeholders, refine them until they are ready for implementation, prioritise them according to business value and meaningfulness and organise the implementation in an agile team. For you, maximising the value of the product comes first and you have a clear product vision.
- You have a clear product vision and actively involved in the creation of a roadmap
- You are the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders. You act as an interface and translator and derive a sorted product backlog from the different priorities of the stakeholders.
- You create user stories and evaluate them together with the implementation team.
- You are responsible for the creation, sorting and refinement of the product backlog and accompany the team through the sprint planning. You also ensure that the product backlog is transparent for everyone.
- You sort and prioritise work packages and ensure an even workload within the team.
- You also take part in Scrum meetings, including standups, retrospectives and demos, and moderate Sprint and Kanban planning meetings.

**Strengths**
- You have a degree with a focus on business or computer science or a comparable education with a relevant background
- You have already gained 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of eCommerce/mail order business and have sound knowledge in the use and development of webshop systems (ideally SAP Hybris)
- You have a distinctive customer-oriented way of thinking and working
- Ideally, you already have further training or certification as a product owner and are an agile, entrepreneurial personality with an eye for conception and implementation
- You have already been able to successfully demonstrate your strong problem-solving skills in your professional career to date
- You have the ability to think analytically, are quick on the uptake and have an independent, structured and flexible way of working
- With your communicative and proactive nature, you are able to win over a wide range of people, but you also represent the point of view of your team and do not allow yourself to be unsettled
- You speak very good German and English
- You look forward to occasional travel to other locations for personal meetings or workshops
