Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei Themen wie z.B. den Bereichen Projektplanung, Ressourcenmanagement, Projektfortschrittsüberwachung, Berichtswesen und Reporting
- Übernahme der Zuarbeiten aus dem Projektmanagement zur Erstellung von Angeboten
- Unternehmensinterner Ansprechpartner sowie für Kunden und Lieferanten
- Bereitstellen von Statistiken, Metriken und Berichten im Rahmen der Projektunterstützung sowie Koordination der Reports und Projektberichte
- Erarbeitung und Pflege PM-relevanter Dokumente
- Regelmäßiger Austausch und Meetings mit den Projektleitern zum Projektstatus
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hoch
- oder Fachschulstudium mit naturwissenschaftlichem und/oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund oder vergleichbare berufliche Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Projektunterstützung
- Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Projekt
- und Programm-Managements sowie des Prozessmanagements und der Prozessgestaltung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project, Jira und Confluence
