Vice President Finance

**Your mission**:
We are looking for an excellent leader with an international SaaS background who plans and drives the organization’s financial strategy. As our VP Finance you must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment to business intelligence. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Join the team and make the best of your time

YOUR TASKS ARE
- Drive the company’s financial planning and decide on investment strategies
- Establish modern digital solutions to support all business units just in time (FP&A, Implementation ERP, Business Intelligence)
- Prepare the company for their next stage, like scale up and expansion overseas (USA)
- Be a trusted advisor regarding accounting standards and execution, audits, revenue recognition, tax issues, etc.
- Lead and supervise all finance personnel (Accounting & Controlling) and form a great team

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience as VP of Finance or similar at high-growth companies in a global environment (EMEA & US) with focus on SaaS solutions
- Possess excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- You have already established an accounting culture and discipline (IFRS/ US-GAAP/ HGB) as well as an ERP system from scratch
- Strategize and solve problems with an analytical mindset
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Fluent in German and English
