Join our team - become part of our new bilingual Kindergarten in Mainz (Germany)The GlobalKids Kita Mainz-Weisenau will open in 2026 as a modern bilingual (German/English) nursery and Kindergarten for children aged 1 to 6. With an innovative concept that integrates languages playfully and authentically into everyday life, we provide children with the opportunity to grow in a nurturing and stimulating environment. As an educator with us, you will play a key role in this processWhat’s in store for you?
- Bilingual Team: You will work in a German-English tandem with another educator, giving children the opportunity to develop both languages naturally and authentically.
- Creative Freedom: You will have the chance to actively shape our educational concept and accompany the development of the new facility from the very beginning.
- Working in Nature: Our Kita is located in a temporary building on the edge of Mainz-Drais, with direct access to fields and nature - the perfect setting for children to thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

- Caring for and supporting children aged 1-6
- Implementing the bilingual educational concept in tandem with a colleague
- Observing and documenting the children’s development
- Collaborating with parents and team members
- Co-designing the daily routines and educational activities

What we’re looking for:

- A completed qualification as an early childhood educator or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a desire to help shape a new Kita from the ground up
- Excellent command of German (English skills are a plus, but not required)
- A high degree of flexibility, commitment, and teamwork
