**Your responsibilities**:

- As a compliance associate, you will be part of the 360 Treasury Systems AG (“360T AG”) Compliance Team, which is responsible for advancing and empowering a compliance aware culture in 360T AG.
- You will support the Chief Compliance Officer of 360T AG (“CCO 360T AG”) regarding the followings:
- Creation, review and maintenance of 360T AG’s compliance strategy.
- Preparation of compliance manuals, - policies, -guidelines and -procedures.
- Documentation of all essential aspects of the activity in a comprehensible manner.
- Establishment and regular review a compliance related documentations.
- Monitoring of the development of the legal framework and analysis of the impact on 360T AG.
- Monitoring of compliance-relevant prudential regulations.
- Information and training of employees about applicable compliance related laws and regulations.
- Development, coordination and maintenance of 360T AG’s outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy.
- Regular reporting to 360T AG’s executive board and supervisory board.
- Undertake compliance training and develop professional skills and knowledge with a view to becomme an expert compliance practitioner, e.g. ACAMs /CISI diploma.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher education level.
- Diploma in Compliance/Anti Money Laundering or related field will be distinct advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel).
- Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced database and statistical functions and methods.
- Ability to think and work strategically and analytically.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
