**HEAD OF LEGAL/ FAMILY OFFICE CFO - Fully Qualified Lawyer - 10 Years Experience - Cologne**

Our client - a family office in Cologne - is looking for an experienced fully qualified lawyer with a background in tax law to handle and represent the legal interests of the family office.

You will handle all legal matters. This includes advising in particular in a tax law context. You will also be responsible for advising on corporate law and compliance issues. To this end, you will manage a team of several people and continue to develop the structures of the internal departments.

You will be the first point of contact for the founding partners on all legal issues and will help develop and shape the future direction of the company.
- 10 years + professional experience in law firm or in a legal department of a company
- Specialized focus: Tax law, corporate law and compliance
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
- Management experience is an advantage
