Sr Professional Operations

The Professional Operations Controlling works closely with the Worms plant managers & site director to analyze and drive the financial performance of the plant**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the plant managers and operations team understanding the financial performance, by analysing cost structures, manufacturing variances and related plant metrics.
- Providing guidance, financial reports & ad hoc analysis for proper decision making in the operations area.
- Overseeing & managing the financial planning& forecasting processes for the Worms plant.
- Leading the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for the plant financials and partner with the plant managers to help them achieve their financial commitments.
- Ensuring the properly standard cost setting for the plant.
- Closely collaborating with the Financial Analyst Operations, the European FP&A, the global operations Finance and the respective accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting & analysis.

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in Finance
- Long-term work experience in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good English skills verbally and in writing
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of the GAAP and cost accounting
- Good financial system knowledge especially SAP
- Very good knowledge of MS office package especially excel
- Operations background a plus
