Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
-- Supporting the Head of Global Medical Affairs and Global Medical Team in key day-to-day activities, including:

-- Organizing and supporting strategic meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
-- Supporting the development and maintenance of medical affairs plans and timelines.
-- Assisting in the coordination of scientific publications, congress activities, and symposia.
-- Preparing scientific slide decks, reports, and pre-read materials for internal and external meetings.
-- Supporting medical information requests and ensuring scientific accuracy of materials.
-- Coordinating activities with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., clinical development, market access, commercial, regulatory).
-- Contributing to budget tracking and contract management within the medical affairs team.
-- Executive Communication: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
-- Supporting global projects and initiatives driven by the Global Head of Medical Affairs.
- **What you’ll bring to the table**
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
-- You are in your first years of your Bachelor studies or just started your Masters, preferably in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
-- Strong interest in medical affairs and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
-- Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and independent way.
-- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
-- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in an international environment.
-- Excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are an advantage.
-- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with reference management tools is a plus.
