Tasks ContiTech IFS E+S GmbH develops seawater intake and disposal systems for the offshore industry, designed specifically for Floating Production Units (i.e. FLNG, FPSO, etc). We are looking for a student (M/F/divers) to support us as soon as possible for 6 months. **The tasks include**: Contribute to the optimization of project management methods and tools Definition and support in the implementation of a process of quality gates from idea gereration to R&D product validation up to customer project delivery Support in the harmonization of project lifecycle management phases, gates, milestones **Support in the definition of project portfolio managaement**: Resource and cost controlling, Key performance indicators and dashboards, reporting within the PM tool Planisware **Qualifications**: Enrolled Student (M/F/divers) Business Administration, International Business or similar course of studies Safe handling of the MS Office-programs Knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, PowerBI Fluent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) Basic knowledge SAP is welcome Good analytic skills high motivation, willingness to learn, flexibility, good organization, social - and communication skills, able to work in a team environment and be flexible with changing priorities Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
