**INHALTE UND ZIELE**
Wir bei der SAP haben erkannt, dass das Thema Digitalisierung wichtiger denn je ist. Genau aus diesem Grund bieten wir unseren Mitarbeiten die Möglichkeit, sich mit diesem Thema auseinanderzusetzen, neue Strategien zu entwickeln, eigene Ideen umzusetzen und sich selbst verwirklichen zu können.
Bei der SAP arbeiten wir daran, den Vertrieb zu revolutionieren. Wir passen tagtäglich unsere Arbeitsmethoden den Möglichkeiten an, die uns die Digitalisierung bietet. Der digitale Vertrieb ist für unser Mittelstands-Team zu einer Kernaufgabe geworden, um der Breite des Marktes und den Anforderungen unserer zahlreichen Kunden aus allen Branchen gerecht zu werden. Dafür haben wir verschiedene Projekte ins Leben gerufen, um sämtliche Möglichkeiten auszuschöpfen, diesen Markt zukunftsorientiert zu bearbeiten. Wir suchen dich, um mit unserem Team den digitalen Vertrieb auf die nächste Stufe zu heben.
**ERWARTUNGEN UND AUFGABEN**
- Project-based work in the regional demand management team including the support of strategic programs and initiatives across middle and eastern Europe
- Unterstützung des Projektteams bei Erstellung von Lerninhalten auf SAP Learning Management System Plattform zum Thema: Vertrieb, Digital Selling, Social Media, Change-Management und weitere Tools zum datenbasierten Arbeiten
- Work on an internal re-branding and positioning of the demand topic including identity and awareness within SAP, the development of the brand and the build of branding content.
**AUSBILDUNG UND QUALIFIKATIONEN / FÄHIGKEITEN UND KOMPETENZEN**
- Student (w/m) einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
- First professional experiences (e.g. student job, internship) are beneficial
- Bevorzugte Studienrichtungen: Gesellschafts
- & Wirtschaftskommunikation, Business Administration, Marketing oder Vergleichbares
- Leidenschaft im (beruflichen) Umgang mit sozialen Medien
- Soft Skills: Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe & Kombinationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Fähigkeit zur Visualisierung von Sachverhalten
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
