Senior Product Owner

**Your task**:

- Responsible in owning the development of new key initiatives
- Represent the technical interests of management and other stakeholders to the development team
- Constantly evolve our future products and think strategically
- Support release planning and clarify expectations for new functionalities
- Support the development process, considering the customer journey, and derive the need for possible market and customer surveys
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the teams
- Actively contribute to overcoming barriers that stand in the way of successful completion of the release/sprint target

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in computer science or engineering or comparable real-life experience
- At least 5 years of experience as product owner leading agile development teams
- Experience as a product owner, project manager, or in a comparable position that is characterized by managing complex projects
- Proven experience in at least 2 of these methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Project Management, PMI, SAFE
- Full understanding of software development processes
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes in complex strategic projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic approach and a hands-on mentality
- Outside of the box thinking and the ability to adapt to a changing business environment
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
