Die GREA GmbH ist insbesondere mit den Beratungsschwerpunkten Real Estate Mergers & Acquisitions (Transaktionsbegleitung im Rahmen des An
- und Verkaufs von Immobilien/-portfolios in Form von Asset und Share Deals), Real Estate Equity Advisory (Beratung in immobilienspezifischen Kapitalmarktfragen) sowie Real Estate Debt Advisory & Management (Beratung und Begleitung im Rahmen von Immobilienfinanzierungsthemen) betraut.

Unser Team verfügt über langjährige Immobilientransaktionserfahrungen mit einem kumulierten Dealvolumen im zweistelligen Milliarden-Euro-Bereich. Mit unseren Büros in Frankfurt am Main, Wien, Hong Kong und Seoul sehen wir uns insbesondere als Ansprechpartner für Cross-Border Investitionen durch ausländische Investoren.

Für die GREA GmbH in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum 01.07.2021 für einen Zeitraum von vorzugsweise 6 Monaten, mindestens jedoch 4 Monaten einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) Real Estate Investment Banking.

Aufgaben

**Als Praktikant/ -in übernehmen Sie bei uns folgende Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Teams in der Anbahnung und Durchführung von Immobilientransaktionen speziell in den Bereichen Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity und Debt Advisory
- Erstellung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs
- und Unternehmensanalysen
- Mitarbeit bei der Anfertigung von Unternehmens
- und Immobilienbewertungen sowie der Begleitung von Due Diligence Prozessen
- Erstellung von Ansprachedokumenten (NDA, Teaser, Investment Memorandum etc.) und Präsentationen
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung von Pitches und Beauty Contests

Qualifikation

**Sie bringen folgende Qualifikationen mit**:

- Überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossene Orientierungsphase der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Banking und/ oder Real Estate
- Vorzugsweise erste Transaktionserfahrungen im Immobilienbereich (Corporate Finance, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Unternehmensberatung)
- Vorkenntnisse in der Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen, Bilanz-, Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, überdurchschnittliche Einsatzbereitschaft und hohe Teamorientierung
- Exzellente Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
