Company Description

Autodoc Holding was established in 2020. Its purpose is to hold, manage and exploit the owners' interests in other companies. All shares are held unchanged by the three founders, who actively determine and shape the business strategy. Our business premises are located in an attractive location in the center of Berlin.

To provide direct management support in all organizational and especially investment, tax and accounting matters. We are looking for a** Member of the extended management team (M/F/x).**

**Job Description**:
Working directly with the founders and senior management team to lead the finance function and investments needs within the Holding company.
- Introduction of new tools and support of investment and financial projects
- Lead and execute investments on behalf of the holding.
- The role is strategic as well operationally managing these investments.
- Managing all tax related tasks for the holding as well as for the founders.
- Research of financial profitability of investment projects of the holding company
- Communication and cooperation with tax and legal advisors and auditors
- Participation in the preparation of financial statements for commercial and tax purposes
- Independent cooperation in all areas of accounting and payment transactions, accounting tasks
- Relieving management of administrative activities with assistance from management
- Developing and ensuring smooth and correct office operations

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified as an Account (AAT, ACCA, ACA or CIMA or equivalent) or other financial qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior role ideally in a holding company
- Background in investments processes and strategy execution
- Good user knowledge of standard office software
- Experience with DATEV desirable
- A structured, proactive approach to work coupled with analytical skills
- Confident in oral and written communication in English, German and Russian (min. C1)
- Able to influence at C level
