**Job Description Summary**: Wir bei GE Power Conversion entwickeln maßgeschneiderten Lösungen der elektrischen Antriebs

**Über die Rolle**:
Als internationales Team decken wir die gesamte Kommunikation eines Industriekonzerns ab. Die Arbeit umfasst dabei Aufgaben aus den Bereichen **Interne Kommunikation** (Employee Engagement), **externe Kommunikation** (Media & Press Relation, Social Media, Reputation Building) und **Marketing-Kommunikation** (Sales Support, Produktkommunikation, Messen & Events), wie zum Beispiel
- Entwicklung und selbstständige, selbstbewusste Leitung von Marketing & Kommunikationsprojekten zur Unterstützung
- des Vertriebs, des Produktmanagement oder der Personalabteilung (HR)
- Konzeption und Content Entwicklung für Social Media Kampagnen oder interne Plattformen (z.B. LinkedIn/Intranet/Website)
- Konzeption und Gestaltung von Präsentationen, Werbemitteln, Flyer & Broschüren - mit Respekt für unser Corporate Design / Branding Guidelines - sowohl eigenständig oder in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Auswahl, Briefing und Führung (inklusive Kostenplanung und -kontrolle) externer Dienstleister
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen und deren medialer Begleitung
- Analyse vorhandener und neuer Kommunikationsmittel und -kanäle, Definition und Messung von KPIs

**Über dein Profil**:
Folgendes solltest Du, neben dem abgeschlossenen Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Medien-Management, Marketing, Wirtschaft, oder einer Berufsausbildung plus vergleichbarer Erfahrungen, mitbringen:

- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Kommunikation, z. B. in einer Agentur, Redaktion oder Unternehmenskommunikation
- Ein Talent für Ausdruck und Spaß am Texten, stilsicher und zielgruppengerecht
- Eine kommunikative, leistungsstarke und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit - Du bringst Dinge zu Ende und forderst und findest Hilfe und Unterstützung
- Planungssicherheit und Qualitäten im Projektmanagement - Du behältst den Überblick, und deine Deadlines im Auge
- Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Themengebiete ein, erweiterst dein Netzwerk, um an Informationen zu gelangen,
und du hast Spaß daran zu Lernen, aber auch daran, dein Wissen weiterzugeben
- Du hast Lust auf die Zusammenarbeit und den Austausch mit Kollegen - auch in anderen Ländern
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse und die professionelle Anwendung von Office 365 setzen wir voraus
- Darüber hinaus besitzt du Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), und vielleicht erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Web Content Management Systemen
