Meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40 in Germany and we already expanded into Switzerland and Austria. For every region in which we launch our app, we build up communities. At the start, you will help us to get ready for the launch by tailoring the content and app to the Netherlands with us. Afterward, you will be heading our newly formed Netherlands team, produce content, write newsletters and perform many more exciting marketing activities as well as actively manage this new community of ours.

In our office in the heart of Frankfurt, you will work closely with the other Community Managers and our Chief Community Officer, Jessica Preidel.

Tasks
- Various Online Marketing Activities: Writing newsletters, blog posts, push messages and creating other content
- As Community / Country Manager you are responsible for using our proven community-building concepts to start new communities in the Netherlands
- At the start, you will help us to get ready for the launch. The primary task for the first 2 months will be the translation/localisation of our app and content. For this you will be joined by a professional translater.
- Managing the local Community Captains (volunteer supporters of Meet5)
- Monitoring the development of your communities every week and helping us conclude the next actions (dashboards and lots of help are provided)
- Management of a working student plus possibly some interns with a focus on the Netherlands community

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Dutch and English: As you will be translating content and manage the local communities; you must have superb writing skills
- Background experience: either engagement, social customer care, localisation, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency
- Social Media knowledge: Experience in using either Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube
- Bonus: German level B2 or higher
