Bei uns entwickelst Du smarte Lösungen für führende Unternehmen, analysierst die geschäftsspezifische Bedrohungslage renommierter Mandant:innen, trägst zur Abwehr von Hacking-Angriffen, Computerbetrug oder Datendiebstahl bei und entwickelst sinnvolle Maßnahmen zur Prävention von Cyber Crime.

**Deine Aufgaben
- Wirtschaftsjurist (w/m/d) für Privacy and Data Protection wirst Du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht verbunden mit einer Passion für Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit.
- Mit den relevanten Vorgaben, Normen und Gesetzen (ISO/ IEC 2700x, MaRisk, BAIT, DSGVO, BDSG) sowie mit der Beschreibung und Umsetzung von datenschutzrechtlichen Prozessen und Architekturen bist Du bereits vertraut.
- Erfahrungen mit datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen, insbesondere DSGVO und BDSG bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
- Zudem hast Du Erfahrungen in der Informationssicherheit relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. ISO /IEC 2700x, NIST CSF, BSI IT-Grundschutz, UNR 155, etc.).
- Du hast ein globales Verständnis für die Tätigkeiten eines:r Datenschutzbeauftragten und dessen Position in einem Unternehmen.
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen innerhalb der Beratung, mit dem Fokus auf Datenschutz & Informationssicherheit, sowie Kenntnisse in der praktischen Umsetzung von gesetzlichen, normativen und weiteren regulatorischen Anforderungen sammeln.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Vereinfachung von komplexen Sachverhalten, Wissenstransfer sowie präzise Arbeitsweise gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Fähigkeiten.
- Du bist problemlösungsorientiert, technikaffin sowie interessiert an digitalen Sachverhalten und deren rechtlicher Einordnung.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowie Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.

- Du begleitest und berätst unserer Mandanten:innen bei allen Fragestellungen rund um Datenschutz und Datenschutzmanagement.
- Du analysierst die für unsere Kund:innen relevanten datenschutzgesetzlichen, normativen sowie weiteren regulatorischen Anforderungen.
- Planung und Durchführung von Datenschutz-Audits gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du unterstützt den Datenschutzbeauftragten, der unsere Mandaten:innen betreut.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung passender datenschutzrechtlicher Maßnahmen unter der Berücksichtigung relevanter gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen.
- Du bist in nationalen wie auch in internationalen Datenschutzprojekten eingebunden.
