Junior Email Marketing Specialist

**Your daily workout**:

- ** Reporting**:You monitor and report on the effectiveness of each campaign
- ** Program Improvement**: You enable continuous program improvement by supporting and refining optimization initiatives outlined by the Senior Marketing Automation Manager, including segmentation and A/B testing

**Your fitness level**:

- ** Qualification**: You have a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related fields
- ** Professional Experience**: You have a minimum of 2 years experience building and scaling marketing automation programs within a marketing automation tool (preferably Pardot incl. Pardot Specialist Certification or at least Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- ** Mindset**:You are a performance-driven marketer with passion and drive in testing, failing fast, and learning from mistakes
- ** Project Management**: You possess excellent project management skills
- ** Compliance**: You have experience implementing and maintaining GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL compliance
- ** Language Skills**: You are fluent in English

**Your training goal for your first 6 months**:

- ** Digital Tools**: You are familiar with our tools, processes, and agreements and have received your Pardot Specialist certification (if not already)
- ** Outcome**: You have executed at least one A/B test with enlightening results that we can take into future campaigns
- ** Network**:You have established relationships with key internal stakeholders
