Wir sind eine Beratungsboutique im Herzen Münchens mit Fokus auf Transaction Advisory, Commercial Excellence und Innovation Strategy. Wir unterstützen Private Equity Funds aus dem Small-to-Mid-Cap Segment in M&A Prozessen mit Commercial Due Diligence Reports sowie Analysen zur nachhaltigen Wertsteigerung durch Digitalisierung, Buy & Build und Environmental Social Governance (ESG).

**Dabei liegt unser Fokus auf den Industrien**: Tech-Enabled Services, Software, Sustainable Cities, Mobility und Health.

In einem 3-monatigen Praktikum bei Telescope Advisory Partners am Standort München wirst Du aktiv in die tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit führenden europäischen Private Equity Funds eingebunden. Dabei wirst Du von einem Mentor gefördert, baust Dir ein Netzwerk auf und hast die Möglichkeit als vollwertiges Teammitglied entlang des gesamten M&A Lifecycles zu unterstützen. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, dass beide Seiten voneinander lernen und auf Augenhöhe zusammenarbeiten.

Du hast ab Mai, Juni oder Juli für 3 Monate (ggf. auch 4) Lust und Zeit? Dann erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:
Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt namhafte europäischer Private Equity Funds aus dem Small
- to Mid-Cap Segment durch die Erstellung von Commercial Due Diligence Reports
- Du begleitest Investoren bei der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung entlang des gesamten M&A Lifecycles (Target-Screening, Industry Assessment, Value Creation)
- Du entwickelst Marktmodelle, validierst Business Pläne und unterstützt bei der finanziellen Bewertung potentieller Targets
- Du führst eigenständig Marktrecherchen sowie Experteninterviews durch
- Dabei bist du ein vollständiges Teammitglied und wirst mit einem hohen Maß an Vertrauen und Verantwortung in das Projektgeschäft eingebunden

Qualifikation
- Du studierst mindestens im 3. Semester in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ -informatik/ -ingenieurwesen (gerne mit den Schwerpunkten Finance, Strategy, Innovation & Sustainability) und hast herausragende Studienleistungen
- Du bringst erste relevante Erfahrungen / Praktika im Bereich Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity oder Strategieberatung mit
- Du verfügst über Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie gutes Verständnis von gesamtwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, Geschäftsmodellen und Marktdynamiken
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere MS Excel und MSPowerPoint) und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit SPSS o.ä.
- Du hast Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
