We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Business Intelligence team in the Munich office. This role is designed for a student who is passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, and contributing to strategic business decisions. Your role at Haleon: - Data Management & Analysis: Assist in collecting, processing, and analysing data to support business decisions. - Reporting: Help in creating and maintaining data models, reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics. - Collaboration: Work closely with the business intelligence team to understand the business and data needs and provide actionable insights. - Problem Solving: Participate in problem-solving sessions to address business challenges using data-driven approaches. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and local legal and compliance standards in all data handling processes. What we expect from you: - Studies: You are currently an enrolled student, studying Data Analytics or something similar. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly. - Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and extraction (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
