A&M's established **Financial Restructuring** practice advises companies, investors and creditors in complex restructuring processes. Our key expertise comprise to evaluate the risks and opportunities of a company's business plan and subsequently develop, negotiate and implement restructuring alternatives in order to maximize recovery.

As a **Working Student (M/F/d) - Financial Restructuring Advisory** you will support your colleagues on demanding multi-stakeholder, multi-national and domestic restructuring advisory engagements. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities:

- Contribute to business development activities including the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandatesInitial diagnostic assessment of companies' key issues and business outlook
- Capital structure modelling analysis
- Financial key performance indicators and cash flow assessments
- Support team members in advising companies or stakeholders of companies facing financial difficulties
- Assist team members in their daily tasks

At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:

- Advanced bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Master's programme
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Goal-oriented work approach with a high-quality standard and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
- Strong affinity for figures, but also ability to convince others by your open and accessible nature, as not only your skills matter
- Excellent English and German language skills, other foreign languages are very welcome.
