**You’ll make an impact by**
- Driving implementation of Environmental Protection programs, support global operations with training, and contribute to solution development while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and improvement measures to program managers
- Defining data requirements for legal and market compliance in Environmental Protection, collaborating with IT to develop necessary strategies
- Representing Siemens Digital Industries in key internal and external committees, including Task Force Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Environmental Protection department alignments
- Coordinating and executing specialized projects for legal requirement implementation

**Your success is grounded in**
- Education- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- ** Experience & Skills**- Long term practical experience in environmental protection for industrial topics
- Comprehensive knowledge of business requirements for environmental protection and experience with the analysis and interpretation of regulatory texts
- Experience/affinity to define data requirements and to develop IT strategies
- Expertise in leading interdisciplinary projects and teams
- Good understanding of the DI business, operations processes and products
- **Ways of working**- A structured, efficient way of working and thinking
- Open-minded for new ways of working and strong networking skills to integrate stakeholders’ needs
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- ** Languages**- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages, such as German, is of advantage
